Dear Investor
The Federal election has been and gone… or has it? With Australia’s first hung parliament since WWII, many pundits are predicting that we could be back to the polls within 18 months.

At the same time, the independents that hold the balance of power are pushing for stability of Government, which has to be a good thing for the economy.

Fortunately, commonsense seems to have prevailed, meaning that the country can continue to grow and prosper with the effects of the GFC (Global Financial Crisis) rapidly becoming past history.

Now it’s time to enjoy spring and everything that goes with it – whether changing, fixing up, extending or renovating your home.

Don’t forget that as your broker, I can give you free advice on how to get the best out of the equity in your home to give you the freedom to tackle those dreams. Call me today if you’d like to know more about anything in this issue.
